The museum castle is open almost all year round. Tickets are available conveniently online or directly at the ticket office in the castle.

- February and March: every day, 1 to 4 pm.
- April to June: every day, 10 am to 5 pm.
- July and August: every day, 9.30 am to 5.30 pm.
- September and October: every day, 10 am to 5 pm.
- November to January: every Sunday, 1 to 4 pm.
Admission
- Adults: 10 francs (castle only). Castle and temporary exhibition together: 15 francs.
- Children aged 6 to 16: 3 francs. Children under 6: free.
- With OASI/DI or as a student or apprentice: 8 francs.
- Family ticket (2 adults and 2 children): 20 francs.
